Another Project Still On Going...

25 Jalan Geneng is the address
Three and a half floor. meaning 3 floor plus 1 attic.
The TOR itself :
1st floor : 3 bedroom (including maid's room) attached bathroom.
Wet&Dry Kitchen
Living Room
Dining Room
Household Shelter
Store Room

2nd Floor : 3 bedroom (including Master Bedroom) attached bathroom
Store Room
Family Room

3rd Floor : 3 bedroom attached bathroom
Store Room
Family Room

Attic Floor : Entertainment Room
Pool Table
Wine Rack
Trelis Jacuzzy Terrace
Hanging Clothes Area.

So, I came out with these 2 alternatives.
Proposal A : with maximum setback area usage, meaning, from all the setback that required, I don't left any space to built (well, just a little bit)
Proposal B : After all the setback that required, I still put some setback on my own, to reach more open area.

From these two, I like the Proposal B more than Proposal A.
(hopefully the client also like this Proposal B)
They will decide which one they prefer by tomorrow.
